Tejwani Industries Pvt Ltd designs and manufactures PlaceStation, India's desktop SMT pick-and-place machine, along with SolderStation reflow ovens, StencilStation stencil printers and powered feeders — all built in Kalyan, Maharashtra.

We're backed by a grant from WTFund, Nikhil Kamath's fund for young founders.

Open positions

1. Production Technician (SMT Assembly & Testing)

Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra (on-site)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 per year
Growth: Performance review at 6 months, with a raise to ₹3.6–4.2 LPA for strong performers
Type: Full-time

What you'll do

  • Run our pick-and-place machines, reflow oven and stencil printer to assemble PCBs.
  • Apply solder paste, load feeders, set up jobs and monitor production runs.
  • Hand-solder through-hole parts and do rework when needed.
  • Inspect boards for solder defects, missing parts and wrong orientation.
  • Test assembled PCBs with a multimeter, power supply and test firmware.
  • Log test results and report faulty boards.
  • Help assemble and test complete PlaceStation machines before dispatch.
  • Keep the work area clean, organised and ESD-safe.
  • Help with the weekly stock audit of components.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or B.Sc/BE in Electronics, or similar.
  • Comfortable with soldering and basic tools like a multimeter.
  • Can read component values and identify SMD parts.
  • Careful, patient and good with fine detail.
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers eager to learn are welcome.
  • Bonus: experience with SMT lines, reflow or PCB testing.

2. Operations Associate (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra (on-site)

What you'll do

  • Own the outbound flow: pack machines and accessories safely using foam, boxes and our packing checklist.
  • Prepare foam and packing material to standard sizes.
  • Check each order against the invoice before it ships.
  • Label shipments and book pickups with logistics partners like Delhivery.
  • Prepare invoices, e-way bills and shipping documents for each consignment.
  • Track shipments and update the team on delivery status.
  • Handle inbound supplies and verify them against purchase orders.
  • Keep packing stock and the dispatch area organised.
  • Help with the weekly inventory audit in our ERP.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate in any stream; engineering graduates welcome.
  • Basic computer use: email, spreadsheets, courier websites.
  • Careful, organised and responsible with valuable goods.
  • Able to lift and handle machine boxes.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics, dispatch or e-commerce shipping.
