Refund policy

Due to the size and nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) — Replacement

If your machine arrives damaged or non-functional on first use, we will provide a full replacement unit at no charge provided:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video provided showing packaging and machine condition at time of opening
  • Product has not been used, modified, or tampered with

Email placestation@zohomail.in with your order number, description of the issue, and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty — Repairs and Part Replacement

All PlaceStation products are covered against manufacturing defects. Faulty components will be repaired or replaced. Not covered: physical damage from misuse, or consumables (nozzles, belts, feeder parts) subject to normal wear.
