Warranty Policy
PlaceStation Limited Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Tejwani Industries Private Limited (“TIPL”, “the Company”) and applies to all PlaceStation-branded products purchased directly from the Company or its authorised channels. By accepting delivery of the product, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Scope and Coverage Period
The following products are covered under this Policy for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the customer:

2. Coverage
- All parts of the covered products are included under this warranty against manufacturing defects and failures arising from normal operating use.
- Where a covered part fails or breaks during the warranty period, TIPL will dispatch a replacement part to the customer at no additional cost.
- Full supporting documentation — part specifications, fitment instructions, and service notes — will accompany every warranty replacement, enabling the customer's technical team to carry out the fix independently or through a local technician.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to damage or failure caused by:
- Misuse, mishandling, or operation outside the conditions specified in the product documentation;
- Improper installation, assembly, or unauthorised modification of the product;
- Use of non-original, incompatible, or third-party replacement parts;
- Repairs or servicing carried out by personnel not authorised by TIPL;
- Normal wear and tear of consumable items such as belts, thermistors, and similar wear parts;
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, flood, or accidental damage during transit after delivery has been accepted.
4. Claim Procedure
- The customer is requested to first refer to the troubleshooting documentation provided with the product to identify and resolve common issues.
- If the issue persists, the customer shall submit a warranty claim via email to placestation@zohomail.in, including the order/invoice reference, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video where applicable.
- TIPL will review the claim and, upon confirmation of eligibility, dispatch the required replacement part within seven (7) working days.
5. Safety Notice
In the event a product exhibits signs of a potential safety hazard — including unusual smoke, a burning smell, or abnormal noise — the customer must power off the unit immediately and contact TIPL before resuming use.
6. Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation, invoice, or purchase order reference issued by TIPL is required to process any warranty claim.
7. Limitation of Liability
TIPL's liability under this Policy is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described herein. TIPL shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, or operational downtime, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
